Meet our handsome Multi-Colored, Brown, Male Mini Doodle. This multi-generational doodle has a rich brown coat, sturdy build, and confident yet gentle personality, he stands out as a wonderful mix of strength, sweetness, and affection.

This sweet boy is hypoallergenic with minimal to no shedding, making him a great choice for families with allergies. He is expected to have an estimated adult weight of approximately 18–34 pounds.

He has been family-raised and well socialized, growing up in our home with daily handling, children, and normal household activity. His calm confidence and loving nature make him an excellent family dog, especially wonderful with kids who enjoy an active, playful pup.

BY PURCHASING THE PUPPY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW.

By purchasing the puppy, the Buyer enters into a binding agreement under the laws of the State of Florida and acknowledges the following terms:

1. Purpose of Purchase
   The purchase secures a specific puppy and removes that puppy from public availability. The purchase price compensates the Seller for costs already incurred, including but not limited to veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, food, housing, socialization, failure to sell, and administrative expenses.

2. Non-Refundability
   Under Florida law, deposits are considered liquidated damages when clearly disclosed and agreed upon in advance. Accordingly, the purchase is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Change of mind or personal circumstances

   • Allergies or incompatibility concerns

   • Family or housing objections

   • Scheduling conflicts or travel issues

   • Failure to complete pickup by the agreed date

   • Buyer’s decision not to proceed for any reason

3. No Guarantees
   The Buyer understands that size, color, coat type, and temperament are estimates only and not guaranteed, as they are subject to natural development and genetics. The deposit is not refundable due to dissatisfaction with these factors.

4. Seller Inability to Perform
   In the unlikely event the Seller is unable to provide the purchased puppy due to unforeseen circumstances prior to transfer of ownership (including illness or death of the puppy), the purchase will be refunded.

5. Governing Law & Venue
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with venue lying exclusively in the Seller’s county of residence.
