The Purchasing Process

Our purchasing process is designed to be simple, transparent, and focused on helping you find the puppy that’s the best fit for your family. By completing our short form, you help us understand your preferences so we can guide you toward the right puppy, followed by a FaceTime appointment where you can meet the puppies and make your selection with confidence. Once you’ve chosen your puppy, a deposit and signed purchase agreement are required to secure your place, and your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks old, having been vet-checked and sent home with a health certificate and new puppy kit.

Before placing a deposit, we strongly encourage you to carefully read and understand our non-refundable deposit policy, as submitting a deposit confirms your agreement with these terms.
